Blocchi Advisory
Consultant-led engagements that move from context to evidence to recommendations inside Blocchi.
Blocchi Advisory is a sales-led service engagement. It cannot be self-provisioned: Blocchi enables it for your workspace, and until then Advisory pages and settings are not shown.
Engagements (/app/advisory)
The home page lists the engagements and clients assigned to you. Open one (/app/advisory/[engagementId]) to continue from the latest step. An engagement moves from context to evidence to recommendations:
- Define the engagement — scope and working context. The client keeps control of users, sources and data permissions.
- Client-approved data — the data categories the client's workspace admin approved for this engagement.
- Participants, questionnaires and interviews — leadership and team responses stay separate so differences in perception remain visible.
- Workflows — connect the work itself to volume, value, AI fit, readiness and risk.
- Opportunity portfolio, 90-day roadmap and executive synthesis.
- Report and presentations — client-facing content is published separately from consultant working material. Presentations can be presented and exported from the engagement.
Detailed editing happens in the consultant workspace (/app/advisory/[engagementId]/workspace).
Executable operating model
The operating model page turns Advisory evidence into typed, reviewable Blocchi configuration proposals — for example a metric definition or a workflow. Nothing changes in the client workspace until a workspace admin reviews the exact change and approves it.
Requesting an engagement
Request advisory (/app/advisory/request) starts a conversation with Blocchi about a new engagement.
Advisory data sharing (admins)
Settings › Advisory data (/app/settings/advisory-data) controls which data and evidence may be used in your engagement. Access is re-checked on the server for every request.
For consultants
The Advisory library (/app/advisory/library) holds reusable material and is visible to Blocchi consultants only.
