Navigating Blocchi
The app shell, the command palette, Blocchino, notifications and where to get help.
Every Blocchi product shares one authenticated shell, so the same navigation, search and help work everywhere.
The shell
- Sidebar — the product areas you are entitled to: Revenue (or Legal), Data & integrations, Data+ and Advisory when enabled, and Settings. Areas you cannot access are not shown.
- Header — the command palette, your plan, the language switch (EN / PT), invitations, sync status, a Docs button that opens the guide for the page you are on, and the notification bell.
- Breadcrumbs — show where the current page sits, for example Data+ › Mastering › Governance.
- Learn more in the docs — most pages show this link under the page title. It opens the matching guide in a new tab.
Command palette (Cmd/Ctrl + K)
The palette is both search and launcher:
- Jump to any page you can access. Search understands English and Portuguese regardless of your current language.
- Start an action such as New report or Connect Salesforce. Actions open the owning page with the right dialog already open, so the page's own approval and audit path still runs.
- Ask an agent, including Ask Blocchi about the current page.
- Find records such as customers, people and opportunities.
Blocchino and Ask Blocchi
Blocchino is the in-product assistant. It explains what you are looking at, answers questions over governed metrics and evidence, and proposes actions. It only sees context you are authorized to see, and consequential actions always return to a confirmation step.
Notifications
The bell shows alerts and activity. The full feed is at Notifications (/app/notifications). Choose what you receive in Profile and notifications.
Contact and support
Contact (/app/contact) sends a message about Enterprise, Advisory, billing or product support with your workspace details already filled in. You can also start a WhatsApp conversation from there.
Readiness states
Blocchi never shows a missing number as zero. When data is missing you see explicit states such as unavailable, blocked, insufficient evidence or lower confidence, and most of them link to the setup step that fixes them.
