Revenue Plays
Reusable, governed behaviors that put your Revenue Plan into practice.
Revenue Plays (/app/plays) are reusable, governed behaviors — for example follow up on engaged accounts or re-engage a stalled deal — that operationalize your Revenue Plan. They run on Blocchi's existing workflow runtime, not on a separate automation engine.
Lifecycle of a play
- Browse the catalog of available plays.
- Install a play into the workspace. You get your own copy.
- Configure it: audience, timing, channels and approval rules.
- Simulate it to see who would be enrolled and when steps would run, before anything happens.
- Activate it. You can pause, upgrade to a newer version, or archive it later.
Automation and approval boundary
Each play states what it does automatically and what needs a person. Steps with external side effects (sending a message, changing a record) pass through registered actions, permissions, consent and, where configured, an approval in Human work.
Business calendar
Plays that wait in business days follow the workspace business calendar: timezone, workweek, holidays and office start time. Configure it from the plays page. Changes apply to waits scheduled after the change. Without a calendar, Blocchi falls back to UTC weekdays and tells you so in the simulation.
