Mastering
Resolve the same organization or person across sources into one governed golden profile.
Mastering (/app/data-plus/mastering) governs the shared customer record. When the same company or person exists in several systems, mastering resolves them into one canonical identity — a Party — with a golden profile, while every source record stays intact.

Reviewing a match
Open a review (/app/data-plus/mastering/reviews/[id]) to decide whether two records are the same organization or person:
- Identity — mapped mastering evidence and provenance. Raw provider payloads are not shown.
- Fields — where values agree or conflict, and why the effective authority policy favors one value. Resolution never overwrites source values.
- Impact — business roles and hierarchy relationships Blocchi can already map. Unmapped relationships are not guessed.
- Decision — choose the surviving identity or explicitly keep them separate. A reason is required and the decision is audited.
- Source cleanup (optional) — separately propose safe corrections to supported connected systems. Unsupported providers stop at mastering and recommendation.
How matching works
- Connected sources are projected into a common shape before matching.
- Fuzzy evidence creates candidates for review; only validated strong identifiers can link automatically.
- Overrides to matching can be applied only after a dry run.
Merging and splitting
On a Party, merge another Party into it (this Party survives) after previewing the impact, or split and unmerge with transaction safety. Every change is reversible and traceable.
