Integrations (/app/integrations) maps your connected systems onto the commercial lifecycle, so you can see where Blocchi owns the operating model, where specialist systems are connected and where genuine gaps remain.

Reading the page

• Coverage summary — active connections, mapped capabilities, and gaps or items needing attention.
• Coverage by stage — each lifecycle stage (for example conversation, qualification, opportunity) with the systems that cover it and their status: connected or needs attention.
• Available providers — what each provider can contribute and how many capabilities it covers.

How to read the map

• Blocchi remains the owner of the Growth and Revenue operating model and its governance.
• Specialist systems stay specialist systems; Blocchi consumes bounded context and actions from them.
• A genuine gap is shown explicitly, never hidden behind an integration that does not exist.
