Profile and notifications

My profile (/app/profile)

Manage your personal information and how you appear in the workspace:

• Name, avatar and role shown to teammates.
• Language — English or Portuguese. You can also switch from the header at any time.
• Security — password and multi-factor authentication (MFA). Your email cannot be changed here for security reasons.
• Data privacy — download a copy of your data or request account deletion. Deletion is processed within 30 days and you are notified by email.

Notifications feed (/app/notifications)

Your activity feed and alerts, including items assigned to you in Human work, SLA warnings, sync problems and insights you subscribed to. The bell in the header shows the latest ones.

Notification preferences (/app/settings/notifications)

Choose which notifications you receive and how — in the app, by email or as a digest.
