Commercial model
Define what you sell and how you sell it, with AI proposals you review and confirm.
Commercial model (/app/commercial-model) captures the business context your CRM cannot tell Blocchi: offerings, segments, buyers, sales motions, channels and which process applies where. These definitions are shared across the UI, the REST API, MCP and analytics.
Ways to build it
- AI-assisted onboarding — give Blocchi trusted context (for example your website and approved material). It produces proposals for you to review.
- Guided interview — a short conversation in your own words about who you sell to, your targets, what each pipeline stage really means and what happens after the sale. The interview records reported context; it never silently confirms configuration.
- Manual configuration — edit definitions directly.
Reviewing proposals
AI output stays proposed until a workspace admin explicitly accepts it. For each proposal you can edit fields first, accept, reject or mark it not applicable.
The commercial map
Connect offerings, segments, buyers, motions, channels and process applicability without hard-coding a single funnel. Different products can follow different sales processes.
Readiness
The readiness panel separates blocking gaps from useful follow-up. Blocchi never fabricates missing business context to reach "complete".
Good to know
- The earlier Business profile page is now part of the commercial model;
/app/business-profileopens it. - The product catalog used on opportunities is managed in Workspace and products.
