Communication channels
Connect email, calendar and WhatsApp Business so customer interactions become governed Revenue evidence.
Customer conversations are some of the best revenue evidence. Blocchi captures them without giving agents unrestricted access to your mailbox.
Email and calendar (/app/data-sources/communication)
Connect your work Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 account. Each connection belongs to you.
When connecting, choose:
- History to import — initial history is bounded; later sync is incremental.
- Content retention — standard or restricted content, and for how many days content is kept.
- Allow governed one-to-one sending — send individual emails from Blocchi through your account.
- Allow agents to read retained content — off by default. When on, agents can read content only within your normal Revenue scope.
- Always-relevant domains and excluded domains — tune what counts as a commercial interaction.
Connected accounts are listed with their sync state; you can sync, change settings or disconnect at any time. Interactions can be reviewed and linked to the right customer, person or opportunity.

Prefer to stay in your inbox? Put your workspace's capture address in copy and the thread is recorded as an interaction in Blocchi.
WhatsApp Business (/app/data-sources/whatsapp-business, admins)
Bring customer conversations into the Revenue timeline without bypassing consent, suppression or provider rules.
- Connect a WhatsApp Business phone number, either with a Meta Cloud API access token or by linking the number you keep using on your phone.
- Templates — see the approved message templates available for outbound messages.
- Identity reviews — confirm which Revenue person an inbound number belongs to when it is not clear.
- Preview and send — choose an existing Revenue person. Blocchi resolves their phone on the server, checks communication and provider policy, then binds the exact preview before anything is sent.
