Data sources
Connect CRMs, warehouses, billing systems and files, then monitor sync and datasets.
Data sources (/app/data-sources) manages the connections Blocchi reads from. Connections are shared by all Blocchi products: admins configure credentials and datasets, and the rest of the workspace consumes governed data.
Supported sources
| Source | What it brings |
|---|---|
| Salesforce | CRM deals and pipeline; powers pipeline governance, velocity and conversion. See Salesforce. |
| HubSpot | Lead conversion and marketing performance. |
| BigQuery | Warehouse tables, read live or on a schedule. |
| Stripe | Revenue and subscription data, with a restricted read key. |
| Projuris | Legal clients, matters, proceedings and events. |
| CSV / XLSX | File uploads; XLSX uses one entity per sheet. |
Email, calendar and WhatsApp are connected separately in Communication channels.
Connecting a source (admins)
- Choose New source and pick the type, or use Cmd/Ctrl + K (Connect Salesforce, Connect BigQuery, Connect Projuris).
- Authenticate through the secure flow. Credentials are never shown to agents.
- Discover and select the objects or tables you want.
- Set the source's access policy — which Blocchi layers may use it.
- Continue to mapping.
For file uploads, you match columns to the expected fields during upload.
A source's page
Open a connection (/app/data-sources/[connectionId]) to see sync status and history, its datasets, mapping coverage and health. From there you can add a dataset or open the connection's mapping. The header's sync indicator shows the latest update across sources.
Opt-in detail
Some detail is opt-in because it increases sync volume — for example product line items within each deal, used for revenue-by-product, attach-rate and cross-sell analysis.
Good to know
- Read-only is the default. Writing back to a source only happens through governed actions where the connector supports it.
- When the same entity appears in more than one source, Blocchi keeps each source record and points you to Data+ mastering to reconcile them.
