Diagnosis

Blocchi models your revenue engine as blocks — capabilities such as pipeline governance, velocity, conversion or engagement — that drive a strategic goal you chose during onboarding. The diagnosis pages show how each block scores and which ones matter most.

Diagnosis (/app/diagnosis)

• A verdict summarizing whether the architecture is sound for your goal, and which block is the primary failure point.
• The tower: each block's fill is its score; its width is its causal weight on the outcome. Click a block to inspect it.
• Block detail (/app/diagnosis/block/[id]): contributing signals, the score explanation and recommended actions.
• Action plan: generate structured steps with owner roles and timelines (Pro).

Forces (/app/diagnosis/forces)

The driver blocks holding up your goal, ranked by improvement impact, with each block's weight. Blocks that cannot be measured yet show which mapping is required.

Diagnostics (/app/diagnostics)

A health check of the diagnostic itself. Green blocks are computing accurately; yellow blocks need more connected data. Use it to see which sources or mappings unlock more of the diagnosis.

Maturity matrix (/app/maturity-matrix)

Maps your revenue capabilities against a maturity scale. Highlighted cells show where Blocchi assesses your current operational maturity, so you can see the next level for each capability.

Scores need a connected source and a completed sync. Until then you see connect your CRM and run a sync rather than a zero.

Changing the goal

The goal decides which outcome the tower measures and applies to everyone in the workspace. Admins can change it and tune goal templates in Goals and OKRs.
