Goals tell Blocchi what you are optimizing for. OKRs let you commit to measurable results and track them against live data.

OKRs (`/app/okrs`)

Create an objective and link it to a strategic goal.
Attach key results that are measurable from your governed metrics.
Check in as the period progresses. Progress and confidence are computed from your live numbers, not typed in by hand.
Objectives follow your fiscal calendar periods.

Every workspace gets Blocchi's revenue-goal templates. Each goal has driver blocks with weights that feed the diagnosis.
On Pro, clone a template and reweight its drivers, or build a custom block from indicators you choose, with weights.
Custom blocks reuse Blocchi's causal graph, but their composite score gets its own explanation instead of a peer benchmark. A peer band is restored automatically once 5 or more workspaces build the same composition.

The active goal decides which outcome the diagnosis measures and applies to everyone in the workspace.
