Customers

Customers (/app/customers) shows where to act across your accounts. Customer intelligence starts from the governed Account concept and canonical identity, not from whatever object a source happens to call a customer.

The customer list

• Health, growth potential and deal risk for each customer, computed from governed evidence only.
• Confidence — missing coverage lowers confidence; it is never shown as a zero score.
• Search, filter and sort to build a working list for the day.
• Hover or open a row to see a quick view without leaving the list.

The customer record

Open a customer (/app/customers/[id]) for a governed customer view built from mapped business fields, source identity and mastering evidence:

• key facts and ownership;
• related people and their roles (see People);
• open and closed opportunities;
• the interaction timeline (email, calendar, WhatsApp and logged activity);
• recommended next best actions and what happened after earlier ones;
• source identity, so you can see which systems contributed to the record.

Creating and changing customers

Depending on your source, you can create a customer, update fields or archive it. Changes go through Blocchi's governed record actions: read-only sources say so instead of pretending the change worked.

Good to know

• When the same company exists in several sources, Data+ mastering can resolve it into one canonical identity.
• Legal workspaces use the same identity model for clients.
