Revenue overview

Overview (/app/overview) is the home page of Blocchi Revenue. It answers how is the revenue engine doing right now? with confidence shown before conclusions.

What you see

• Acquisition, Pipeline and Retention — headline metrics grouped by lifecycle stage. Each value comes from a governed metric definition, not from an ad-hoc query.
• Architecture at a glance — the scores of your diagnostic blocks, so you can see which parts of the engine are strong or weak.
• Insights requiring attention — the most severe findings, ranked. Open one to see its evidence in Insights.
• High-risk deals — open deals with the lowest close likelihood, ranked by risk.

Reading confidence

Every tile tells you how much to trust it. If a metric depends on a field that is not mapped, or a source is stale, the tile shows a readiness state (for example insufficient evidence) instead of a misleading zero. Follow the link on the tile to fix the underlying mapping or sync.

Typical use

1. Start the day on Overview to spot what moved.
2. Open the highest-severity insight and read its evidence.
3. Jump to Tasks and human work for what needs doing, or to the Pipeline for deal-level action.
