Insights (/app/insights) lists findings that Blocchi derived from your governed Revenue evidence. Each finding shows what happened, why it matters, the supporting evidence and a next action.
How findings are produced
Findings are deterministic: the same data produces the same finding. They are computed from governed metrics, retained snapshots and mapped entities rather than generated free-form by a model. AI can help explain or summarize a finding, but it does not invent the numbers.
Working with a finding
- Filter or sort the list by severity and area.
- Open a finding to go to Insight investigation (
/app/insights/investigate). There you can drill into the records behind it, see the metric definition and the sources used, and review remediation options. - Take the suggested next action. Actions that change data or contact customers go through the governed path, with a preview and confirmation.
Ask the evidence
Use Ask Blocchi from the page to ask a question about a finding. Answers are grounded in the same evidence the finding uses; Blocchi does not run arbitrary queries against your sources.
Next Best Action policy
Customer recommendations follow a deterministic Next Best Action policy (/app/insights/nba-policy). Admins can review it there. Evidence can propose a policy change, but only an authorized person can activate it. The page also shows how recommendations moved from suggestion to governed action and later outcomes.
