Onboarding
Confirm your business context, open Desk and choose an optional measurement plan.
Onboarding confirms a small business context and your goal before you decide what to measure. Data sources are optional: completing onboarding opens Desk even when no operational data is connected. Unknown performance stays unknown.

The admin path
- Describe your business and goal. Review the context Blocchino proposes and explicitly confirm or correct it.
- Choose whether to connect data. You can continue without a source; connecting is not required to finish onboarding.
- Review the first brief and open Desk. Missing operational evidence is shown as unknown, without invented results.
- Choose an optional measurement plan. From Desk, admins can open
/app/revenue-journey, choose a goal and stage, select governed metrics and save the plan. Changes do not create data or connect a provider. - Provide relevant evidence when ready. Website metrics require an explicit website choice when several exist. CRM metrics use mapped canonical records and your permitted viewer scope. See Data sources and Mapping.
The member path
Members do not configure sources. They add their name, role and main goal, and land in the product with the workspace's existing configuration.
Good to know
- You can leave onboarding and come back; progress is saved.
- The Data setup agent (
/app/data/setup) is an alternative to the wizard: it inspects a real source, previews governed defaults and applies nothing until you confirm. It never asks for credentials in chat. - Inviting people is covered in Team and access.
