People

People (/app/people) is where you manage the people you sell to: buyers, champions, stakeholders and leads.

What you can do

• Search by name or email and filter to people linked to customers or with a next action.
• Add a person. A person with no open deal is effectively a lead. Inbound WhatsApp and email automatically link to whoever already exists here.
• Open a person (/app/people/[id]) to see their customers and roles, opportunities where they are a stakeholder, the interaction timeline and their next action.
• Set a next action so the person appears in Tasks when it is due.
• Update or archive a person through governed record actions.

Relationships and roles

A person can relate to more than one customer, and to each with a different role. Blocchi treats contact, buyer or representative as roles on a shared Person identity rather than separate records, so the same person is not duplicated across products.

Communication and consent

Messages sent from Blocchi respect consent, suppression and provider rules. Connect mailboxes and WhatsApp in Communication channels.
