Team and access
Invite members, govern what people and agents can do, and review effective access.
Team (/app/settings/team)
Manage workspace members and invitations:
- Invite people by email. Invitations open at
/app/invite/...and lead new members through member onboarding. - Change roles — admin, manager or member — and remove members.
- Members who are not admins can still share a sign-up link from the header's Invite button; an admin decides their access.
Access & governance (/app/settings/access)
People and agents, one policy. Access is configured the same way for humans and AI agents:
| Section | What it controls |
|---|---|
| People | Each person's role and data scope. |
| Agents | AI identities: what each agent may execute and within which scope. |
| Permission groups | Simple presets plus granular permissions you can combine. |
| Skills | Reusable competences an agent can use — kept separate from what it is allowed to execute. |
| Autonomy | How far an agent may act before it needs confirmation or approval. |
Skills, autonomy and scope are deliberately independent: knowing how to do something never grants permission to do it.
Access review (/app/settings/access/review)
Review what people and agents can actually do after roles, scope, source policy, autonomy and limits are combined. Use it for periodic access certification and audits.
Good to know
- Data scope follows your org structure: a member scoped to a unit sees metrics for that unit.
- Authorization is always enforced on the server; hiding a menu is never the only protection.
