Build the reporting tree — regions, teams, departments — that scopes every metric. People are assigned to units, and a member scoped to a unit sees that unit's numbers.

• Units you confirm in Blocchi remain authoritative.
• When the source later drifts from what you confirmed, the drift stays visible instead of silently overwriting your structure.

Fiscal calendar (/app/settings/fiscal-calendar)

Define your fiscal year and its periods. Quarters, periods and closes used by dashboards, OKRs and period comparisons follow this calendar instead of the calendar year.

Business-day timing for Revenue Plays uses a separate business calendar (timezone, workweek and holidays).

Metric stewardship (/app/settings/stewardship)

Assign clear reporting, documentation, training and accountability owners to each revenue block, so every part of the diagnosis has someone responsible for it.
